Contico FMS is a full-stack, multi-tenant SaaS platform for freight-forwarding and logistics companies, covering the entire operational lifecycle from lead capture through booking, shipment tracking, billing, and reporting — built to let a single deployment serve multiple freight companies, each with their own branches, staff, and customers, fully isolated within a shared database.
Multi-Tenant Architecture
The platform uses a Tenant → Branch → User hierarchy with per-user, per-module access control. Twelve or more toggleable modules — bookings, billing, sales, vendors, warehouse, inventory and more — are enforced via branch-scoped API middleware so each freight company operates independently on shared infrastructure.
Booking & Shipment Management
Contico FMS handles the full booking lifecycle with configurable status pipelines, container and packaging tracking, agent/staff assignment, and automated Bill of Lading PDF generation — giving operations teams a single source of truth from quote to delivery.
Sales Pipeline & Accelerator
Leads arrive from web forms, inbound email (IMAP polling), WhatsApp, and referrals, flowing through quoting into bookings. A purpose-built Sales Accelerator module manages buyer/seller trade leads with internal/external customer classification, WhatsApp outreach with full communication logging, automated follow-up reminders, and a performance analytics dashboard.
Billing & Invoicing
GST-aware invoice generation from bookings, partial-payment tracking, customer account statements, multi-currency support with per-transaction FX rates, and a profit-projector comparing projected vs. actual job profitability give finance teams complete visibility.
Vendor, Warehouse & Notifications
Vendor and vehicle fleet management, warehouse inventory tracking, and omnichannel notifications — in-app, email (SMTP + inbound parsing), and WhatsApp via Meta Cloud API — with delivery-status tracking and a full audit trail keep every stakeholder informed.
Bulk Data & Admin
Excel/CSV import pipelines with fuzzy header-matching and batch-based audit/rollback simplify onboarding new tenants with existing data. A super-admin console manages tenants, modules, master data, role-based access, and platform-wide activity logging.
